Responsibilities
- Define strategies with product teams to address new market opportunities or go-to-market for new products
- Execute outreach and meet targets with dapps and partners
- Develop and deepen relationships with dapps
- Act as the primary contact for assigned dapps
- Maintain MetaMask's preferential wallet status and prevent competitive displacement
- Convert dapps to use MetaMask SDK
- Develop and execute success plans for each dapp
- Ensure organizational awareness of each dapp's plans and roadmaps
- Improve tutorials and communication infrastructure
- Mediate between dapps and Consensys
- Handle and resolve dapp requests and complaints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement Managers, Engineers/Architects, Product Managers, Business Development, and Marketing
- Develop strategies to enhance engagement, experience, retention, and cross-product adoption
- Address escalating builder issues promptly
- Maintain deep expertise in product streams and web3 ecosystem developments
- Identify and mitigate risks for at-risk accounts/builders
- Collaborate on growth strategies with Product Managers and Business Development
Requirements
- Knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and open-source developer community
- 4+ years in relationship-focused account management, developer community management, program management, growth, or similar roles
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams
- Problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working remotely across global time zones in English and possibly other languages
