Based out of NVIDIA’s Santa Clara, CA headquarters, this role will report directly to the Worldwide Enablement Programs Leader.

As part of this role, you will lead the development of comprehensive plans, define efficient processes, and drive a range of high-impact enablement events and programs designed for NVIDIA’s field and partner teams. This includes end-to-end program management and execution of key enablement programs, such as virtual and in-person pre-conference enablement bootcamps (8+ throughout the year) and the partner-facing AI Advisor Workshop (2–3 workshops per week), among other on-demand enablement campaigns. Content development and speakers will be supported by content management/product marketing teams and are not led by this role. You will work in a matrixed team of collaborators to identify enablement program needs and implement impactful experiences that help NVIDIA’s teams and partners grow their business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop enablement strategy and supporting execution plans: define program priorities, strategy, timelines, and overall roadmap; design and follow detailed execution plans for various enablement events and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Establish and document macro- and micro-processes for program execution, from initial planning through post-event evaluation.
  • Lead end-to-end enablement logistics: participant eligibility, invitations, registrations, confirmations/drop-offs/late additions, learning enrollments, completion tracking, access issues, and supporting communications.
  • Execute enablement programs including pre-conference bootcamps, AI Advisor workshops, and on-demand learning campaigns; define content strategy and design for each program and coordinate pre-work/post-work activities.
  • Employ available tools, platforms, and technology to deliver optimal learning experiences for participants.
  • Cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners to meet program requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Budget management: develop, manage, and report on program budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and communications, providing timely updates.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in enablement planning and program management, with a consistent record of successful event execution.
  • Strong background and skills in sales enablement, instructional design, partner management, change management, communications, and cross-functional program coordination.
  • Proven history of planning and leading end-to-end complex, cross-functional projects/programs and delivering engaging learner experiences.
  • Effective written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Diligent with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and quickly learn/apply new concepts.
  • Strong listening and relationship-building skills; enjoys working collaboratively in social/cross-functional environments.

Ways to Stand Out

  • Program management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Deep experience in sales enablement or sales onboarding programs.
  • Practical knowledge of learning theories and use of multi-modal learning interventions in a high-tech sales context.
  • Familiarity with AI and GPU technologies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 128,000 USD - 212,750 USD (determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
  • Eligible for equity and company benefits (see NVIDIA benefits).

Location & Other

  • Reports to the Worldwide Enablement Programs Leader.
