NVIDIA is seeking an Engineering Build Manager to track and drive deployment of datacenter facilities and factories to support rapid deployment of Datacenter products. The role focuses on datacenter planning, construction, commissioning, infrastructure upgrades, and close coordination with contractors, contract manufacturers and onsite teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive datacenter and datacenter factory deployments from construction through commissioning to infrastructure upgrades.
  • Highlight and mitigate key risks to enable on-time deployment and drive the project's critical path.
  • Interact with contract manufacturers, general contractors, datacenter teams, vendors and other stakeholders to align progress and de-risk issues.
  • Travel onsite to project sites to assess progress and collaborate with onsite teams (role may exceed 30% travel for certain projects).
  • Regularly report status and updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in datacenter infrastructure management or a similar role.
  • BS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Industrial Engineering (IE) degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of datacenter planning, construction, commissioning and deployment.
  • Proven track record of leading projects to execute on-time and mitigating delays.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Experience working with general contractors, vendors, and contract manufacturer teams.
  • Ability to travel regionally (may exceed 30%).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
