The Ad Formats team develops these formats through multiple versions to enhance user experiences and align with advertisers' marketing goals. They work on expanding ad inventory, optimizing user experience, supporting ads ecosystem growth, and developing scalable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand a team of frontend, backend, fullstack, and mobile engineers.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders company-wide to build solid foundations for ad products.
- Maintain a culture of fast-moving, high-quality product delivery and iteration.
- Ensure the long-term success of product and team growth.
- Own the full development cycle including ideation, design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Collaborate with multiple dependent or intersecting teams.
- Adapt in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years leading engineering teams.
- 7+ years as a software engineer.
- Experience partnering with product managers and designers to build new products.
- Knowledge of full-stack product development (Frontend and Backend).
- Leadership experience collaborating across multiple teams.
- Knowledge or experience with Ad Tech.
- Knowledge or experience with social products.
