Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 2 years of engineering management experience.

  • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term planning.
  • Experience creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
  • Willingness and ability to be hands-on: code reviews, on-call, incident leadership, bug triage and troubleshooting.
  • Passion for building an open financial system and belief in the power of crypto and blockchain technology.
  • Background that includes experience in the SaaS industry.

  • Growth engineering experience.
  • Data-oriented mindset and experience working with product/analytics data.
