The company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Data Pipelines and Integration team, focusing on ambitious delivery and leadership excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver customer value by owning projects end to end
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Make confident decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Partner with other departments to align engineering efforts with customer success
  • Champion AI tools for faster prototyping and smarter shipping
  • Advocate for customer perspectives in technical decisions
  • Delegate thoughtfully, coach intentionally, and enable the team to lead initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing engineers at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record driving execution in complex or fast-moving environments
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping teams focus
  • Strong technical background capable of engaging in architecture and design discussions
  • Experience building high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $152,000 - $205,000 USD annually (or local equivalent)
