NVIDIA is seeking a world-class engineering manager to join the AI for Games team, applying innovative AI solutions to solve real product problems in gaming, media & entertainment, and professional visualization. The team develops novel solutions leveraging generative AI, computer vision, computer graphics, and GPU optimization techniques to advance visual fidelity, experience, and engagement. You will productize promising research, develop new features, create prototypes, and collaborate across teams to transfer technology throughout NVIDIA.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, mentor, and lead execution of projects and team activities.
  • Mentor, grow, and develop a world-class team of deep learning (DL) engineers.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to align priorities across business units.
  • Use AI to solve product problems in gaming, entertainment, and other interactive experiences.
  • Create prototypes to demonstrate real-life applications and accelerate productization.
  • Participate in technology transfers to and from teams across NVIDIA.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in computer science/engineering, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • 12+ years of system engineering, machine learning engineering, or related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading multiple software engineering projects.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; strong organizational, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of application areas such as conversational AI, LLMs, real-time computer graphics, and game development.
  • Proven track record delivering complex products and technologies spanning multiple teams and functional areas.
  • Experience with generative AI, computer vision, computer graphics, GPU optimization techniques, and GPU-based deep learning is relevant to the role.

Compensation & Other Details

  • Base salary range: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
