Join a newly forming Customer Success Tech team as a hands-on Engineering Manager. You will be the engineering counterpart to the Product Manager, leading a high-impact team that shapes Enecoβs customer-centric digital transformation. The team focuses on automating customer interactions and agent tooling using modern cloud and genAI solutions to deliver a superior digital customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of backend engineers, data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Remain hands-on with backend engineering, integration, and DevOps tasks.
- Collaborate within cross-functional product teams to architect and deliver backend solutions using .NET Core and Azure DevOps.
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, DevOps and integration are followed.
- Oversee delivery and release management to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Work with the Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Contribute to creating automated customer service solutions: agent assist, smarter forecasting, voicebot technology, intelligent routing and other related solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in both .NET (including .NET Core) and Azure tooling is a must.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps / ADO; experience with CI/CD and automated pipelines.
- Experience developing scalable, high-performance applications on Azure.
- Hands-on experience with backend engineering, integration and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience leading and coaching engineering teams or individuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong command of English.

Desired / beneficial experience (not strictly required):
- Experience with Microsoft GenAI tooling (big bonus), such as AI Foundry.
- Familiarity with CoPilot Studio and voicebot technologies.
- Experience with CRM systems and contact center technologies such as Genesys CX Cloud.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka and other cloud-native tools.
What you'll work with
- Platforms built with .NET Core and Azure DevOps (ADO). The team may leverage Kubernetes, Kafka and other tools as appropriate.
- Latest genAI and Microsoft partner solutions to realise agentic customer service (e.g., AI Foundry, CoPilot Studio).

- Gross annual salary between β¬95,000 and β¬140,000 (including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on role possibly a bonus or collective profit sharing).
