Details

Lead a high-impact team shaping Eneco’s customer-centric digital transformation. Be the engineering counterpart to the Product Manager, driving technical strategy and delivery. Work on features like Agent Assist, smarter forecasting, voicebot technology, advanced intelligent routing and other contributing solutions using .NET Core and Azure-based platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create a more efficient and intelligent workplace for human Agents by automating repetitive manual work and providing intelligent tooling.
  • Reduce human-handled customer questions by automating the handling of incoming questions via app/web/call/mail.
  • Create a more intelligent central routing solution to route customers to the best possible channel and/or agent based on customer variables, actualities and other indicators.
  • Create the best possible voicebot linked to CoPilot Studio, providing self-service and intelligent routing.
  • Remain hands-on with backend engineering, integration, and DevOps tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional product teams to architect and deliver backend solutions using .NET Core and Azure DevOps.
  • Lead and coach a team of backend engineers, data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Ensure best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and integration are followed.
  • Oversee delivery and release management, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in both .NET (including .NET Core) and Azure tooling are a must.
  • Experience in developing scalable, high-performance applications in Azure.
  • Experience working in ADO (Azure DevOps); the CI/CD environment is built in this and works fully automatically.
  • Proven experience leading and coaching engineering teams or individuals.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Desired / big bonus: experience with Microsoft GenAI tooling (such as AI Foundry) and familiarity with CoPilot Studio.
  • Desired experience with CRM systems, Genesys CX Cloud, Dynamics 365, and MS Power Platform.
