The Infrastructure department is responsible for influencing and tracking change, providing frontline support, and delivering software-defined solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of passionate, talented engineers who are building innovative cybersecurity products that reach millions of users each day.
• Introduce tools and processes to improve engineers’ work lives.
• Play an active role in shaping product development based on technical feasibility.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative engineering environment and apply experience delivering scalable systems.
• Ensure the company meets ambitious engineering goals.
• Earn respect from teams as both a technical leader and manager.
• Balance meeting business needs with building technically innovative solutions; understand how big-picture goals inform technical details and vice versa.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong foundation in computer science, including algorithms, data structures, software design, and building large systems.
• Excellence in planning, team creation, and overseeing execution to meet commitments predictably.
• Proven experience managing teams, including hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
• Experience implementing tools, processes, instrumentation, methodologies, and resolving blockages.
• Ability to manage teams/projects under tight deadlines and short release cycles.
• Experience with VPNs and/or Internet security is a plus.
• Familiarity with C, C++, Go, or Rust is a bonus.

Salary

• Gross monthly salary from 30,400 to 36,300 PLN.
