As an Engineering Manager on this team, you will work with state-of-the-art AI models, frameworks, and tools and play a pivotal role in shaping how people and businesses engage with AI.

Responsibilities

• Explore and apply advanced GenAI techniques, including large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, to solve complex challenges across the organization.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and translate vision into actionable quarterly plans.
• Lead project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, leveraging technical expertise.
• Architect scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices.
• Coach team members on design principles, coding standards, and adoption of AI productivity tools.
• Debug complex technical issues to enhance system reliability, scalability, and ease of operation.
• Review and ensure the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs across teams.
• Build pipelines to integrate with third-party vendors and streamline workflows.
• Hire, train, and grow a high-performing team focused on AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Proven expertise designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services in a hands-on manner while leading a team of engineers.
• Experience hiring and running high performing teams using sound engineering practices and processes.
• Deep understanding of high-quality code and software engineering processes, and ability to foster an environment that promotes them.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks/tools, Python, Go (Golang), Docker, Postgres, and MongoDB.
• Background in AI/LLM infrastructure.
• Deep customer obsession toward primary stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a bias toward open, transparent cultural practices.

Pay Range

• USD: $201,450—$237,000 per year (target annual salary, depending on work location). Full time offers may also include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits.
• CAD: $217,900 per year (listed as a location-specific target range).
