What you’ll do
As an Engineering Manager Reporting/Analytics, you'll lead a talented engineering team composed of Snowflake engineers and SAP Reporting/Analytics experts. You will oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring project delivery on time and within scope. You'll collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, lead best practices adoption including code reviews, testing, and documentation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Is this about you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams (3-5 years).
- Strong technical background in SAP Reporting (SAP SAC, SAP Datasphere, CDS-views) and Snowflake development.
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic about mentoring and developing team members.
You’ll be responsible for
- Overseeing Reporting/Analytics engineering team daily operations.
- Collaborating to define project objectives.
- Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Leading adoption of best practices in Reporting/Analytics development.

What we have to offer
- Gross annual salary between €95,000 and €145,000 including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on role, bonus or profit sharing.
