Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing, mission-driven and growing team of engineers, including hiring exceptional talent, coaching, and execution.
• Architect, design, and build new tools or key new features of existing tools to meet evolving IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Security Logging requirements.
• Implement key security features such as role-based access control and multi-party approval capabilities to prevent access abuse.
• Collaborate with Platform and Product teams, Security Engineering, Security Operations, and Compliance teams on cross-functional requirements and projects.
• Raise the bar in engineering excellence and mentor junior engineers within the Security Services Group (SSG).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing scalable and efficient systems and user interfaces.
• 4+ years managing a team of 5+ engineers on challenging, enterprise-scale projects.
• Experienced developer comfortable with stakeholders, designing scalable systems, writing secure software, and working independently.
• Familiarity with security threats and best practices driving software development and integration.
• Experience in Go, Ruby, Python, React, working with databases, and complex SQL queries.

Nice to Haves

• Experience driving Kubernetes-based projects deployed on AWS.
• Knowledge in AI and Crypto.

Salary

Target salary range depending on work location: $218,025 to $298,700 USD annually, plus target bonus, target equity, and benefits.
