Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source company that builds observability tooling used by millions worldwide. This role is an Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition based in the United Kingdom (remote). You will be responsible for prospecting and closing net-new business across the UKI region, managing forecasts and customer data, and handing off closed accounts to the Growth team. The role favors candidates with a technical background and prior experience selling technical/infrastructure products.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Outbound prospecting into net-new customers and cultivate sales from inbound leads.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Understand and convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and forecasting (Salesforce is used for pipeline management).
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Work consultatively to learn customer needs before positioning product value; support customers through trial phases and ensure a strong handoff to Growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales (selling technical products/services).
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in competitive environments (top 10% performer preferred).
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player with adaptability for high-velocity technology companies.
  • Excellent communication skills across channels (in person, online, written) and ability to form strong working relationships both virtually and in person.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Bonus / Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with open source technology (significant advantage).
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC frameworks.

Compensation & Equity

  • UK OTE compensation range: GBP 165,000 - GBP 230,000 (OTE). Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
