At NVIDIA, we’re building the future of AI. We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Enterprise ISV Account Manager with deep expertise in AI and enterprise software to drive strategic partnerships with leading application providers. This role focuses on helping independent software vendors (ISVs) integrate NVIDIA SDKs, frameworks, libraries, and AI acceleration technologies into their solutions to drive platform adoption, co-sell opportunities, and the next wave of AI-powered enterprise applications. The role requires close collaboration with NVIDIA solution architects, business development, and developer relations, and frequent engagement with C-level executives, developers, data scientists, and IT leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise ISVs.
- Drive adoption of NVIDIA SDKs and AI platforms within ISV products and solutions.
- Develop and implement collaborative go-to-market strategies to boost revenue and market influence.
- Build trusted relationships across developers, C-level executives, and IT leaders.
- Collaborate with NVIDIA solution architects and product teams to ensure successful adoption and integration.
- Represent NVIDIA at industry events, executive briefings, and partner forums.
- Manage account strategy, forecasting, opportunity management, and enablement.
- Travel as needed (25–35%).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of enterprise sales, partner management, ISV ecosystem, or open source software sales experience.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software markets (ERP, CRM, Analytics, Collaboration, Security, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and workflows (GenAI, LLMs, conversational AI, inference).
- Experience working with developers and architects on SDK/API integration and open source adoption strategies.
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and to drive co-sell success.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving joint revenue growth through ISV partnerships.
- Critical thinking, leadership of ideas, and influence across functions.
Ways to Stand Out
- Understanding of AI and data science workflows, including NVIDIA AI SDKs and frameworks (NeMo, Riva, NIMs, Triton, RAPIDS, Omniverse, CUDA-X Libraries).
- Previous role driving AI adoption at an ISV, selling open source software, or building joint GTM plays with hyperscalers.
- Background in enterprise SaaS sales, consulting, or technical pre-sales with an AI/ML focus.
- Passion for transforming enterprise workflows through AI.
Compensation & Benefits
- Cash compensation is determined by location, experience, and pay of similar roles, with ~85% base salary and ~15% variable compensation.
- Cash compensation ranges provided by level: Level 5 — 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD; Level 6 — 248,000 USD to 391,000 USD.
- Eligible for equity and company benefits.
