Details
The Enterprise Platform Technology team builds and operates the platforms and integrations that run the company’s core business workflows across Finance, People, Procurement and GTM. The team delivers secure, scalable system connectivity and AI‑native experiences that reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and improve operational reliability across the enterprise stack.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Product Manager, AI Solutions, you will identify, shape, and scale AI‑enabled products and workflows for core enterprise functions, with an initial emphasis on Finance. You will partner with Finance, Enterprise Platforms Engineering, People and other enterprise teams to translate operational pain points into practical AI solutions, from copilots and agentic workflows to data products and system automations.
This is an individual contributor role with broad cross‑functional leadership: you will define the roadmap, prioritize high‑impact use cases, run structured experiments, drive delivery across technical and non‑technical teams, and measure adoption and business value. You will work hands‑on with ERP, HCM, CRM, planning, ticketing and data platforms (for example, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Databricks, Anaplan) and internal products and platforms to ensure solutions are grounded in data quality, controls, governance, and operational ownership.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA and follows a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. The company offers relocation assistance to new employees.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI‑driven opportunities to automate finance operations and adjacent enterprise workflows to improve efficiency, insights, and execution.
- Partner with stakeholders to document current‑state processes, pain points, data dependencies, risk constraints, and success metrics; translate those into product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
- Define product requirements and develop lightweight prototypes to guide engineering teams in building solutions that meet user needs.
- Design and lead pilots for AI‑enabled workflows (including agentic tools, workflow automation, and custom applications) with clear hypotheses, rollout criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Platform Engineering and internal platform teams to adopt OpenAI technologies (such as Codex) and MCP‑based actions/connectors to securely expose enterprise system capabilities to AI workflows.
- Coordinate secure data onboarding and integrations across systems such as Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Anaplan, Databricks, and external vendor platforms, partnering with data owners, IT, Security, Legal, and Risk as needed.
- Own delivery across technically and organizationally complex initiatives, aligning requirements, dependencies, and governance reviews to move from experimentation to scaled adoption.
- Track adoption, quality, and business impact through dashboards, user feedback, and executive‑ready updates; iterate on product direction and investment priorities.
- Assist with other development efforts as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across product management, enterprise applications, business systems, or enterprise transformation, with a track record of driving technology‑enabled business outcomes in complex environments.
- Strong fluency in finance processes and enterprise technology, with experience across areas such as quote‑to‑cash, revenue, billing, accounting, treasury, FP&A, or adjacent finance domains.
- Experience understanding how enterprise platforms (Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, Databricks, Anaplan, or similar) integrate to support operations and data flows.
- Prior experience leading delivery of production AI, automation, or data products, with attention to governance, failure modes, usability, and operational adoption.
- Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, evaluate competing opportunities, and turn them into pragmatic roadmaps, pilot plans, and scaled implementations.
- Comfortable working across APIs, integrations, identity, data access patterns, and workflow orchestration; able to partner effectively with engineers, architects, and data teams.
- Strong judgment in enterprise environments, ability to challenge assumptions, identify product gaps, and provide actionable feedback to improve internal tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills: document decisions crisply, influence without authority, and present status, risks, and recommendations clearly to both executives and practitioners.
- Ability to lead cross‑functionally, build trust, create momentum, and raise the quality bar through clarity, judgment, and follow‑through.
Benefits
- Base pay range: $260,000 – $288,000 (San Francisco).
- Offers equity and performance‑related bonuses for eligible employees.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts.
- Pre‑tax accounts (Health FSA, Dependent Care FSA, commuter benefits).
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
- Paid parental, medical, and caregiver leave (up to stated weeks depending on role).
- Paid time off and 13+ paid company holidays plus company office closures.
- Mental health and wellness support; employer‑paid basic life and disability coverage.
- Annual learning and development stipend; daily meals in offices and meal delivery credits as eligible.
