Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key business unit stakeholders and Product/Engineering Managers to understand business strategy and requirements.
  • Manage ideation, business cases, demand, and roadmaps across cross-functional internal teams.
  • Own product development of complex workflows focusing on enterprise integrations, process automation, and data flows.
  • Create and articulate vision & strategy for product development to support internal customers.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements ensuring Engineering teams have 4-6 weeks of refined backlog.
  • Deliver quarterly objectives and plan against defined project/product release schedule.
  • Recommend new methods for efficiency and support key business partners.
  • Conduct demos, run User Acceptance Testing and sign-off on behalf of business units.
  • Plan and coordinate across multiple product and engineering teams.
  • Lead change management activities to drive adoption of new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise/Solutions Architects/EMs to specify design, performance, and security standards.
  • Define and analyze metrics to mature the Product Management function and guide product development.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff including executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, enterprise/integrations/API development, or enterprise data management with prior Engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience in AI automations, API integrations, business & robotics process automation, including patterns, protocols, and tools.
  • Functional understanding of enterprise apps (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Gsuite, Slack) and their integrations via MuleSoft, Airflow, Workato, or similar.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and cloud services.
  • Strong prioritization and communication skills to manage trade-off discussions.
  • Experience writing PRDs, defining personas, and user stories.
  • Agile environment experience as a technical product manager collaborating closely with Engineering.
  • Experience defining non-functional requirements (automation, CI/CD, security, performance testing).
  • Vendor management and third-party software implementation experience.
  • Experience with reporting key metrics and using them for decision-making.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Additional Information

  • Position is fully remote.
  • Pay range: $140,080 to $164,800 USD annually plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
