Role description

As an Enterprise Sales Representative you will build a direct sales channel and partner-led solution channels (including managed security services). You will work closely with marketing and product teams to design and implement lead generation and go-to-market campaigns, and drive sales in a competitive market. Ideal candidates will have prior experience selling endpoint security products (malware/exploit prevention, anti-virus, whitelisting, advanced data loss protection).

Responsibilities

  • Run a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure
  • Generate revenue from enterprise accounts across the region via multiple lead sources
  • Develop new clients and sell directly into customers while leveraging channel partners
  • Partner with channel managers to build pipeline and grow the assigned territory
  • Work with marketing and product teams on lead generation and go-to-market campaigns
  • Become an expert on SentinelOne products and the cybersecurity competitive landscape
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Prepare and provide accurate forecasts to management on a weekly basis

Requirements

  • BS technical degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Regional Sales Executive/Manager selling endpoint security solutions
  • Deep knowledge of current security solutions
  • Prior experience selling endpoint security (malware/exploit prevention, anti-virus, whitelisting, data loss protection)
  • Enterprise sales experience with an actionable Rolodex of decision makers
  • Experience working with channel partners and channel-centric go-to-market approaches
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Superb organizational and reporting skills, experience with sales enablement function growth
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
  • Prior startup experience

Compensation

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that vary by candidate location. The posted on-target earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and commissions, are:

  • $248,000 — $341,000 USD

For some locations a different pay range may apply; that will be provided during recruiting.
