Enterprise Solution Architect

Details

Collibra is hiring an Enterprise Solution Architect to join its Professional Services team to work with large enterprises across the Australia region. The role focuses on delivering customer success and adoption throughout the project lifecycle by working directly with project and executive stakeholders, supporting customers at various stages of their data maturity journey, and driving value-based outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements by providing consulting services focused on identified business value and use cases, in line with Collibra delivery models, engagement processes, methodologies, and artifacts.
• Provide customers with solution design and approach incorporating best practices, knowledge transfer, and business-value based outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Collibra Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services Management.
• Identify opportunities to drive customer value through Collibra services offerings.
• Achieve utilization targets and help grow Collibra's services business.
• Lead design workshops and requirements-gathering activities with customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant industry experience in Data Governance or Data Management.
• Broad knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, and data privacy platforms.
• Understanding of leading PaaS providers, data lakes, databases, and integration platforms (examples listed: SQL, Databricks, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake).
• Experience with cloud and on-premises software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and understand business requirements.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset; experience in leading workshops and requirements-gathering activities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Measures of success

• Month 1: Enabled in Collibra product offerings, product training, and services portfolio.
• Month 3: Learning Collibra solutions delivery motion and methodology and participating in solution delivery.
• Month 6: Engaged in delivering Collibra solutions.

Compensation

• Standard base salary range: 140,000 - 175,000 AUD per year.
• This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
• Salary offers are based on experience, skills, and location.
• Additional compensation/benefits include equity ownership opportunities, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
