Enterprise Solution Architect

Details

This role is part of Collibra’s Professional Services team, working with large enterprises across the region to support their data governance and data management roadmaps. The Enterprise Solution Architect will work directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, act as a customer champion, and help customers onboard and realize value quickly. This is a remote role based in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements by providing consulting services focused on identified business value and use cases in compliance with Collibra Delivery Models, Engagement Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
• Provide customers with design and approaches that include best practices, knowledge transfer and business-value-based outcomes
• Work cross-functionally with Collibra Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services Management
• Identify opportunities to drive customer value through Collibra Services offerings
• Achieve utilization targets and help grow Collibra's services business
• Lead design workshops and requirements-gathering activities

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant industry experience in Data Governance or Data Management
• Broad knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, and data privacy platforms
• Understanding of leading PaaS providers, data lakes, databases, and integration platforms (examples listed: SQL, Databricks, GCP, Snowflake)
• Experience with cloud and on-prem software solutions
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Experience in consulting or professional services and delivering design workshops
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
• Experience with Collibra technologies is a plus

Measures of success

• Month 1: Enabled in Collibra product offerings, product training, and services portfolio
• Month 3: Learning Collibra solutions delivery motion and methodology and participating in delivering Collibra solutions
• Month 6: Engaged in delivering Collibra solutions

Compensation

• Base salary range: $140,000 - $175,000 AUD per year
• Not eligible for additional commission-based compensation
• Salary offers are based on experience, skills, and location
