Enterprise Technical Customer Success Manager

Bad software is everywhere, and Sentry's mission is to help developers write better software faster using performance and error monitoring tools trusted by major companies like Disney, Microsoft, and Atlassian.

Sentry uses a hybrid work model with designated in-office anchor days for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Learn and use Sentry products and best practices to become a trusted advisor.
• Own a portfolio of customers, maintaining long-term account health and relationships.
• Collaborate with Renewals Manager to ensure successful renewals and mitigate churn.
• Work closely with Solutions Engineer and Account Executive to educate customers on product features.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product, marketing, and leadership for strategic plans and customer reviews.
• Maintain regular cadence with customers, gather advocates, and use metrics to analyze usage.
• Advocate customer needs and manage expectations cross-departmentally.
• Develop and execute strategies for portfolio expansion.
• Identify and target engineering teams within organizations not currently using Sentry.
• Consistently meet and exceed ARR targets for renewals and expansions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or Consulting with B2B SaaS for technical users.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and tools (CI/CD, APIs, microservices, front-end/backend development).
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Gong.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with dedication to ongoing learning.
• Preferably with experience in coding or scripting.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary range from $198,000 to $210,000 USD.
