This is a unique opportunity for a Data Analyst specializing in transaction monitoring to design and develop dashboards and reports, transforming data into compelling stories by determining user requirements and data sources, building calculations, and creating visualizations such as TM Scorecard and Country Slides.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and review dashboards and reports to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment.
  • Build a centralized access point for all reports ensuring business continuity.
  • Align metrics and ensure timely data delivery into ING Hub's MIS dashboard.
  • Collaborate with the dashboard PO and development teams to implement transaction monitoring (TM) requirements.
  • Implement changes in TM Verint business models into dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure consistent data quality and alignment across functional lines and locations.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business questions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Data or Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate data insights effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, able to prototype automations.
  • Proven ability to gather, define, manage, govern, and deliver business requirements linked to reporting and business intelligence.
  • Understanding of defining process and service performance measures and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze large datasets and present clear conclusions.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently and under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
