This role focuses on system design, networking, and leading customers to deliver world-class datacenter platforms and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical specialist on datacenter and networking products supporting sales account managers and engineering/manufacturing teams.
  • Solve complex hardware and deployment issues.
  • Provide onsite support for large datacenter manufacturing and deployment of NVIDIA AI solutions.
  • Establish and maintain technical relationships with customers’ engineers, management, and architects.
  • Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
  • Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
  • Establish strong internal communication channels.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years in the high-tech electronics industry in system design or technical customer support.
  • In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and datacenter hardware.
  • Ability to multitask in evolving environments.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with management and engineering.

Ways to stand out

  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise server design and management.
  • Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment.
  • Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, Switches.
  • Embedded Linux System, APIs, and similar embedded OS knowledge.
  • Experience working with OEMs in enterprise, government, and large datacenter deployments.

  • Base salary range: 132,000 USD - 253,000 USD, determined by location, experience, and peer salary.
