NVIDIA’s AI platforms have significantly impacted leading academic institutions, start-ups, and major enterprise companies. This role is suited for specialists in system design and networking to lead customers through the AI computing revolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies.
- Act as a technical expert supporting sales teams, driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions through collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Lead technical engagement with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers to identify system architectures and key product requirements in enterprise AI.
- Support L11 factory integration by working with OEM partners to embed NVIDIA technologies into manufacturing workflows, accelerating deployment and time-to-value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry including hands-on involvement in L11 factory integration, validation, and scaling.
- Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
- Strong skills in analytics, problem-solving, time management, and organization.
- Excellent communication skills with proven collaboration experience across engineering and leadership teams.
Ways to stand out
- Proven experience with large-scale datacenter rollouts and OEM platform integration including L11 factory integration and production scaling.
- Strong networking expertise in TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, switches, CPU architecture, embedded Linux, APIs, and OS.
- Proficiency with Bash scripting, Ansible, and Python for automation, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
- Deep knowledge of GPU and DPU technologies including NCCL for multi-GPU communication.
- Familiarity with data center signal integrity, thermal management, power distribution, cabling, and rack layout.
Compensation
Base salary range: 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD, determined by location, experience, and employee benchmarking.
