NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today the company is focused on AI and accelerated computing. This role sits on the Information Technology FP&A team and is responsible for Opex, Capex and Headcount forecasting and reporting, as well as providing financial analysis that enables informed decision making across the company. The role requires advanced tools and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. The team will focus on enterprise software and applications and the role expects strong financial modeling abilities and experience with automation and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Complete monthly and quarterly financial closing, planning, and reporting processes.
- Focus on enterprise software and applications spend and performance.
- Build and maintain robust financial models for accurate forecasting and analysis.
- Monitor business performance metrics and provide insights on key drivers.
- Drive operational improvement in financial consolidation and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with business unit finance, cost accounting, and operations teams to maintain, validate, and reconcile data in forecasting and reporting systems.
- Prepare periodic internal financial reports and presentation materials.
- Partner with FP&A teams to maintain hierarchies and mappings needed for management and external reporting.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to create efficient spend reporting solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, business, or analytics within a global, high-tech corporation.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and experience working with large datasets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with BPC, Power BI, Python and SQL are required.
- Strong financial modeling abilities and experience with forecasting (Opex, Capex, headcount).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to balance detailed execution with a strategic view; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
Ways to stand out
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or accounting.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or corporate FP&A.
- Self-starter and problem solver, comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, changes, and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated track record of driving process and system improvements.
- Proven use of automation and AI tools to streamline recurring work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 100,000 USD - 161,000 USD (determined by location, experience, and internal pay equity).
