Information about the position

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst within the central Financial Planning team, who is closely working with Financial Reporting and Business Unit stakeholders. In this role, you’ll be supporting financial analysis and quantitative insights to help Senior Management make investment decisions. If you enjoy building financial models and analytics to measure the P&L impact - this position could be the right fit for you.

In this position, you’ll

  • Ensure forecasts and budgets have been developed from a sound basis and key assumptions have been tested and challenged;
  • Support the management reporting process from end to end;
  • Support the planning process from end to end;
  • Monitor performance against end-to-end financial models;
  • Contribute to the formulation of business cases and the refinement of model assumptions;
  • Play an important role in the implementation of FP&A tools (Pigment, Anaplan, etc.) and become ambassador of Financial Model structure within the organisation.

About you

  • Several years experience in controlling, accounting, analytics
  • Good understanding of financial statements and investment metrics is a must
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Good at turning financial data into key messages for cross-functional teams (from technical teams to commercial teams)
  • Have good organisational skills with the ability to manage fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as multiple deliverables
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
  • Comfortable collaborating within a team to achieve goals
  • Creative at problem solving tasks
  • Curious, proactive in your approach to learning and execution
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with SQL or FP&A tools is a plus.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
