Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of B2B CRM & Pricing business-critical applications
  • Supporting incident resolution, monitoring system performance, and identifying improvement areas
  • Being the first line of contact for business questions and new functional requests
  • Coordinating with development teams, key users, and other support functions for quick resolutions
  • Participating in testing and validation during software releases and improvements

What You’ll Do

As a Functional Support Engineer within the CRM & Pricing domain, you’ll be the vital link between our business users and technology systems. You ensure that the applications supporting pricing, customer relationships, and data processing run smoothly — and when they don’t, you’re the first to respond.

This is a role where precision, communication, and ownership matter. You’ll analyze incidents, proactively monitor for issues, and support key stakeholders in keeping commercial systems reliable and scalable. From implementing small improvements to coordinating new releases, you’ll make sure that our business-critical systems are continuously optimized.

You’ll work across platforms like CRM Dynamics, CRM4Heat, and Energy21, and act as a trusted partner to both developers and end users.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in functional support, test coordination, or system analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM Dynamics, CRM4Heat, Energy21 or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
  • A structured, proactive mindset and the ability to operate under pressure
