We are looking for an innovative and creative Field Enablement manager to develop high-quality sales and technical education and assets for a top performing field organization. This role is responsible for architecting and developing pre-sales curriculums for sales and technical audiences and providing field assets to a large global field organization focused on selling NVIDIA’s Omniverse, Visualization and Virtualization solutions. The individual in this role will report directly to NVIDIA's Enablement Content Development Lead and work from our Santa Clara headquarters.
Close collaboration with NVIDIA’s sales, solution architecture, partner, product, and marketing teams is essential for success. The position involves designing and implementing training programs that equip field organizations to identify, mature, and sell enterprise opportunities, particularly AI Factories. Sales representatives, account managers, and solution architects will be empowered to manage client conversations, execute role-specific sales tasks, and leverage resources and partnerships to drive deal closure. The ideal candidate excels at end-to-end content creation, leverages AI tools for workflow efficiency, and brings innovative ideas to process improvement. They build cross-functional relationships, identify learning needs, and deliver impactful programs with outstanding organizational, creative, and management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate corporate strategy into practical and effective technical and non-technical field training and enablement strategy.
- Maintain global ownership of the enablement strategy and process to meet the networking hardware, software and full-stack sales motions.
- Implement AI-enabled human-in-the-loop content development workflows to create, produce and deliver training and education.
- Apply andragogy and instructional design principles to create impactful student and instructor materials including presentations, course outlines, background material, exercises, training aids, and assessments.
- Define needed toolset and meet with various teams to prioritize sales and technical training requirements for learning events targeting a broad set of audiences.
- Work with internal teams to create and package high-value, easy-to-use collaterals including customer decks, sales guides, technical demos and more.
Requirements
- BS, or equivalent experience. Masters preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of technical sales, technical training, field enablement, business development, or related field experience.
- Deep understanding of Accelerated Computing and Networking technologies.
- Broad knowledge of modern enterprise use cases and workloads including Generative AI, Agentic AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Expertise in designing, developing and delivering technical training with practical field guidance using a wide range of AI tools and platforms.
- Methodology for translating complex technology features and concepts into clear business benefits for a range of buying personas.
- Direct experience implementing enablement delivery tools and learning management systems.
- Strong listening and relationship-building skills; ability to inspire and collaborate across teams.
- Passion for excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, able to work with little definition and without supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across several projects and initiatives.
- A dual-minded approach: highly creative and excellent at developing content, while following established processes and relying on facts & data to make decisions.

Location & Reporting
- This role reports to NVIDIA's Enablement Content Development Lead and is based at NVIDIA's Santa Clara headquarters (Santa Clara, California, United States).
Compensation & Benefits
- Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 270,250 USD.
