NVIDIA invented the GPU in 1999 and has driven advances in PC gaming, modern computer graphics, parallel computing, and GPU deep learning for AI. Our team builds a wide range of products — GPU PCIe cards, SHIELD consumer devices, Jetson embedded platforms, DRIVE autonomous vehicle technologies, modular data center architectures, and more. In this role you will help bring ground-breaking technologies to life by leading go-to-market efforts and enabling JDM/ODM partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market efforts for assigned product(s) across the full product lifecycle: ideation, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining.
  • Drive priorities to ensure product(s) meet schedule, scope, and budget targets; proactively surface risks and obstacles.
  • Work with a matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues.
  • Communicate product status to internal teams (including executive stakeholders) and to JDM/ODM partners from initial requirement definition through production delivery.
  • Provide clear leadership and instruction to JDM and ODM partners to align with NVIDIA expectations and monitor progress to release products to market.
  • Continuously improve product quality by tracking customer issues and feedback after launch; manage internal beta testing execution and integrate user feedback into the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • BS degree or greater in an engineering field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware product development.
  • Strong project/program/product management fundamentals.
  • Culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to problem solving.
  • Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ways to Stand Out (Preferred / Nice-to-Have)

  • Track record of successfully delivering products from concept through launch.
  • Deep understanding of server product development processes, including fundamentals of hardware design, firmware development, and system validation.
  • Proven understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, including working with operations on manufacturing, quality, RMA, and EOL.
  • Master’s degree in engineering or business (bonus).
  • Project management certification or training (a plus, not required).

  • Base salary ranges by level:
    • Level 3: 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD per year
