We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and enthusiastic Junior-Level Graphic Designer to join our team and help further shape Nord Security products. If you’re passionate about design, thrive in fast-paced environments, and eager to learn and grow, keep reading.

Responsibilities

• Transform existing visuals into performing marketing assets, including banners and other digital materials.
• Adapt designs for different markets while keeping them consistent with our brand.
• Work on multiple design tasks simultaneously, keeping up with a fast-paced environment.
• Work with different NordSecurity products.
• Assist in creating assets for multiple marketing channels: website, video, social media, blog, mobile marketing, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing projects.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.
• Learn from experienced designers while actively contributing your own ideas.
• Stay up to date on design trends and suggest fresh ideas to enhance our visuals.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• A passion for design with an eye for detail—you don’t miss a pixel.
• A collaborative mindset—you thrive as part of a team, offering support and sharing ideas.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

• Confidence working with Figma and understanding efficient design workflows.
• Familiarity with incorporating AI tools into your design process.
• Experience in working with and enhancing photographs, including photo editing and compositing skills.

Salary and employment details

• Gross Salary: 1900-2700 EUR / month (equivalent to 22,800-32,400 EUR / year).
• Commitment: Full Time
