This role is a product leadership position focused on Coinbase One (CB1) Benefits. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for core and expanded benefits, integrate benefits across trading and investment products (for example 0-fee trading, advanced trading rebates, DEX trading, pre-token sale initiatives), introduce benefits in key geographies, and ensure an exceptional member experience. Coinbase is evolving Coinbase One from a subscription to a membership and expects the role to evolve the experience across three areas: Core Benefits, Expanded Benefits (partner and newly launched consumer benefits), and Platform (systems enabling benefit creation, launch, and engagement).

Responsibilities

• Own all facets of a product area from crafting vision and strategy to execution.
• Develop solutions by collaborating and leading across regions, product areas, and functions.
• Define OKRs for multiple teams and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve goals.
• Lead efforts to identify, define, collect, and track appropriate metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new or existing product areas.
• Balance and prioritize across stakeholder objectives and secure buy-in.
• Rigorously prioritize and drive development for a multi-year product vision, crafting an overall product narrative and direction.
• Work with engineering, compliance, partnerships, and other stakeholders to integrate and launch benefits.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of shipping consumer products at global scale.
• 3+ years launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, or similarly complex domains.
• Strong product vision & execution: ability to translate ideas into impactful features with measurable results.
• Experience in consumer product growth (referral programs, social engagement, virality).
• Payments expertise and background in payments, fintech, or crypto products.
• Analytical skills: market sizing, opportunity assessment, and turning complex data into actionable product insights.
• Cross-functional leadership: able to align diverse stakeholders (engineers, compliance, partners) behind a shared vision.
• User obsession: focus on creating intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable payment experiences.
• Note: answers to crypto-related questions may be used to evaluate onchain experience.

Compensation and Logistics

• Pay Range: $243,865 — $286,900 USD (target annual salary; full-time offers also include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
