As a Product lead focusing on Coinbase One Benefits, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for key benefits and drive increased engagement for Coinbase One Members. This includes collaborating with other teams to integrate trading and investment benefits (0-fee trading, advanced trading rebates, DEX trading, pre-token sale initiatives), introducing new benefits in key geographies, and ensuring the platform delivers an exceptional user experience.

While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, in-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually; attendance is expected and supported.

Responsibilities

• Own all facets of a product area from crafting the vision and strategy to executing.
• Develop solutions by collaborating and leading across regions, product areas, and functions.
• Define OKRs for multiple teams and drive cross-functional collaboration during product development.
• Lead efforts to identify, define, collect, and track quantitative and qualitative metrics for new or existing product areas.
• Balance and prioritize across stakeholder objectives and secure buy-in for a multi-year product vision.
• Drive development of the product narrative and direction to expand and launch new benefits and leverage Coinbase One to grow the company flywheel.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping consumer products at global scale.
• 3+ years launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, or similarly complex domains.
• Strong product vision & execution: ability to translate ideas into impactful features with measurable results.
• Growth mindset and experience in consumer product growth (referral programs, social engagement, virality).
• Payments expertise and background in payments, fintech, or crypto products with deep understanding of user needs and market trends.
• Analytical skills: skilled at market sizing, opportunity assessment, and turning complex data into actionable product insights.
• Cross-functional leadership: ability to align diverse stakeholders (engineers, compliance, etc.) behind a shared vision.
• User obsession: focus on creating intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable payment experiences.
• Note: answers to crypto-related questions may be used to evaluate onchain experience.
