Responsibilities
- Lead several product-engineering teams focused on trading analytics, forecasting, trading & structuring and optimization tooling.
- Build and maintain strong collaboration with the trading floor, shaping responsibilities and teams that foster efficient collaboration and ownership.
- Ensure the way of working matches the criticality of the landscape (mission-critical, sub-second trading requirements).
- Take full accountability for delivery and performance tracking of strategic initiatives through OKRs and value-driven development.
- Stay ahead of energy market trends and translate them into product opportunities.
- Lead the roadmap for forecasting and optimization tooling, working with trade, engineering and data science teams.
- Ensure product quality and performance in a mission-critical environment.
- Support and grow the capabilities of your team and ensure tight delivery across squads.
- Manage the overall product development budget, value tracking and focus on return on investment.
Requirements
- Solid product management experience, ideally in energy trading and data-intensive environments.
- Fluency in forecasting, algorithmic optimization, or ML-based product development.
- Strong technical fluency combined with commercial sense; comfortable working with engineering, trading, research and commercial teams.
- Experience operating and prioritizing in ambiguous, high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with building/operating forecasting systems, trading applications, scalable data platforms, and advanced machine learning models is highly relevant.
- Leadership experience with responsibility for multiple teams and budget accountability.

What we have to offer
- Gross annual salary between €110.000 and €145.000 (including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing).
