Group Product Manager (Platform - Users)

At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. The Users organization (part of Platform Product Group) owns high-traffic product experiences including sign-in, sign-up, onboarding, KYC, recovery, 2-step verification, Profile, Settings, and Business Platform. This role will drive product strategy and execution for identity-related experiences used across Coinbase's custodial products.

Responsibilities

• Own product development from conception to launch, strategically expanding core product offerings.
• Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to develop and drive a cohesive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Define, instrument, and analyze key metrics to guide product development and drive world-class operational rigor.
• Align teams (and the company) on a shared vision and relentlessly execute against that vision.
• Clearly and consistently communicate vision, strategy, and progress with internal stakeholders, partners, and executive leadership.
• Participate in in-person team and company offsites as required to foster collaboration and alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy and align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Compliance, Legal, Design, and Operations.
• Proven ability to evangelize and own product vision and strategy with significant executive-level visibility.
• Extremely strong analytical and prioritization rigor; able to navigate complex and ambiguous trade-off decisions.
• Clear, confident, and concise communication; ability to build strong, trusted company-wide relationships.
• Creative and entrepreneurial with strong executional rigor in fast-paced, demanding environments.
• Committed to building robust and scalable systems to ensure Coinbase performs under all market conditions.
• Domain experience with identity, KYC, onboarding, and/or IAM.

Nice to Haves

• Additional domain experience in Onboarding, Identity, or adjacent domains is highly valued.

• Pay Range: $243,865—$286,900 USD (target annual salary; full-time offers also include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits)
