This role is focused on leading the Stablecoins & Payments team to enable companies worldwide to scale financial applications on Coinbase's stablecoin stack, empowering businesses to innovate with stablecoins via a powerful suite of APIs.
Responsibilities
- Own multiple areas or one large complex area impacting multiple teams and metrics
- Collaborate and lead across regions, product areas, and functions to develop solutions
- Drive product lifecycle including launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Balance and prioritize stakeholder objectives
- Identify and validate new user-based, strategic, and business opportunities
- Develop multi-year strategies and roadmaps with significant business impact
Requirements
- 8+ years product management experience including B2B
- Experience building API products
- 3 years experience taking products from conception to launch
- Proven ability to work with and balance needs across diverse stakeholders
- Experience influencing senior leadership across multiple functions
- Ability to handle high business and technical complexity across a broad product portfolio
- Capability to ship holistic product experiences
- Aptitude for quick learning in complex domains
- Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbase's mission
Nice to Haves
- Experience in stablecoins, web3 crypto (custody, wallets, etc.)
- 3 years of software development or engineering experience
- 1-2 years of people management and technical leadership experience
