Group Product Manager, Stablecoins & Payments

Join Coinbase’s Stablecoins & Payments team to lead product efforts that enable companies to scale financial applications on a stablecoin stack. The team builds APIs and platform capabilities to support faster money movement, efficient cross-border payments, and global payment acceptance. This role requires a product leader who can work across technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact API products and multi-year strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple areas or one large complex area that impacts multiple teams and metrics
• Develop solutions by collaborating and leading across regions, product areas, and functions
• Drive the entire product lifecycle (launches, maintenance, retirement) with cross-functional teams
• Balance and prioritize across stakeholder objectives
• Identify and validate new opportunities (user, strategic, business)
• Develop multi-year strategies and roadmaps with high business impact and acumen

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including B2B experience
• Experience building API products
• 3+ years of experience taking products from conception to launch
• Experience working with and balancing needs across a wide variety of stakeholders
• Experience navigating and influencing senior leadership across multiple functions
• Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of business and technical complexity across a broad product portfolio
• Demonstrated ability to ship holistic product experiences without relying solely on org structure
• Aptitude for learning and ability to ramp quickly on new and complicated domains
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbase's mission
• In-person participation required throughout the year (remote-first but not remote-only)

Nice to have

• Experience in stablecoins and/or web3 crypto (custody, wallets, etc.)
• 3 years of experience in software development or engineering
• 1–2 years of people management experience with direct reports and technical leadership

Compensation

• Pay Range: $243,865 — $286,900 USD (target bonus + target equity + benefits may apply)
