Our Stablecoins & Payments team enables companies across the world to scale financial applications on our stablecoin stack. The team empowers businesses to innovate with stablecoins via a suite of APIs that unlock stablecoin use cases. In this role, you’ll lead a team and work toward enabling faster money movement, more efficient cross-border payments, and global payment acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple areas and/or one large complex area that impacts multiple teams and metrics
• Develop solutions to problems by collaborating and leading across regions, product areas, and functions as needed
• Drive the entire product lifecycle (launches, maintenance, and retirement) in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ruthlessly balance and prioritize across all stakeholder objectives
• Identify and validate new opportunities (user-based, strategic, business, etc.)
• Develop multi-year strategies and roadmaps with high business impact and acumen

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including B2B experience
• Experience building API products
• 3 years of experience taking products from conception to launch
• Experience working with, balancing needs, and maintaining strong relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders
• Experience navigating and influencing senior leadership across multiple functions
• Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of business and technical complexity across a broad product portfolio
• Demonstrated ability to ship a holistic product experience without “shipping the org chart”
• Aptitude for learning and ability to ramp quickly on new and potentially complicated domains
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission

Nice to haves

• Experience in stablecoins and/or web3 crypto (custody, wallets, etc.)
• 3 years of experience in software development or engineering
• 1-2 years of people management experience with direct reports and in technical leadership

Pay Transparency

The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus, target equity, and benefits (medical, dental, and vision).

Pay Range: $260,100 — $260,100 CAD
