The NVIDIA Global Partner Network team is looking for a leader to develop our GCP GSI strategy and partner with our GSI Client Managers to accomplish the NVIDIA on GCP attach rate with our GSI ecosystem.
In this newly created role, you will partner with product teams, marketing teams, and client managers to define the strategy and engagement models for GSIs that are looking to influence and develop solutions powered by NVIDIA that run on GCP. We seek a high-energy sales channel professional who understands how a product solution fits into the business of leading global cloud consulting firms.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with collaborators to define, develop and implement the strategy for influencing NVIDIA's full stack in the cloud practices of our GSI partners.
- Work with the GSI Partner Business Managers within the Hyperscale organization to prioritize which practices and which clouds to target.
- Secure and identify sponsorship within the GCP Centers of Excellence (COEs) within selected GSIs.
- Contribute to business goals, track and report progress, and work on joint go-to-market (GTM) plans.
- Devise enablement plans and help the developer base at a GSI improve their abilities on GPU-accelerated computing running on a given cloud provider.
- Act as an extension of the Sales teams to evangelize NVIDIA on GCP to core sales teams at the GSIs.
- Act as the Global Cloud GSI subject matter expert to NVIDIA product groups.
Requirements
- 12+ years of proven success with partner alliance management with systems integrators and cloud service providers.
- High energy with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and flair in addressing senior leaders and large audiences.
- Proactive, creative, flexible, and able to use good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction.
- Familiarity with modern computing techniques and ability to scale up technical knowledge to serve demanding technology companies.
- Ability to connect and work successfully with team members at any level.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Comfortable defining and implementing complex program schedules with clear understanding of dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables.
- Consistent track record of handling multiple customers and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
- Specific experience at a GSI partner or at one of the hyperscale cloud partners.
- Experience developing new joint offerings with Cloud and ISVs for GSIs.
Compensation & Benefits
Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
