The Finance team at Nord Security consists of ambitious professionals working towards creating a world-class Finance organisation. The team focuses on converting financial data into meaningful information and insights by automating workflows and analyzing data. The Finance team owns and executes accounting, controlling, finance systems, data and financial analysis, treasury and procurement functions.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive data strategy and governance framework for operational reporting data (billings, transactions, performance and efficiency metrics). Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for operational reporting data.
- Oversee collection, storage, and maintenance of operational reporting data; implement data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Manage financial and operational data platforms, including integrations from various sources and tools. Lead selection, implementation, and integration of data technologies.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts. Foster collaboration between finance, data, and other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to align data initiatives with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Data and/or Finance, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical expertise in data warehousing technologies, including BigQuery.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Looker.
- Experience with advanced data technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics.
- Experience managing financial and operational data platforms and integrations.
- Demonstrable experience implementing data quality controls, validation, cleansing and reconciliation processes.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Leadership and project management skills to oversee cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder collaboration.
Benefits
- Starting salary from 5000 EUR gross per month (equivalent to 60,000 EUR gross per year). Salary is negotiable and will be discussed according to experience.
- Hybrid workplace based in Lithuania (Vilnius / Kaunas).
