The company is investing heavily in global B2B motions and infrastructure and is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Head of Enterprise Operations and Systems to design, scale, and manage the technical backbone of the Enterprise GTM/Revenue function. This role combines strategy, architecture, and hands-on operations in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a comprehensive strategy for GTM/Revenue operations and systems that aligns with company growth objectives.
  • Deploy, integrate, and maintain the end-to-end GTM/Revenue technology stack, including marketing (lead) inbound/outbound, CRM/sales, operations, reporting, and workflow and data automation platforms.
  • Own day-to-day operations of GTM/Revenue systems, ensuring reliability, data quality, and user adoption across marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on GTM/Revenue performance metrics and KPIs, surfacing key insights to drive action and measure channel effectiveness.
  • Identify key gaps and areas of improvement across the tech stack that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met across all applications and integrations, including SDLC, access controls, auditability, vendor management, data retention and backup, and ongoing data quality checks.
  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities related to business systems, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in GTM/Revenue operations, business systems, or related roles within high-growth SaaS or AI-related companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution—can both set vision and build systems from the ground up.
  • Expertise in domain areas such as Lead to Cash, CPQ, and GTM Ops, with the ability to flex into other areas as the role grows.
  • Proven experience architecting and operating GTM/Revenue tech stacks with hands-on expertise in marketing automation, sales/outreach tools, automation and data platforms, and data pipeline tools.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, data flows, and automation best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data modeling, reporting, and performance optimization.
