Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an objective, standardized performance evaluation framework for the product team (scorecards, metrics, competencies, KPIs).
  • Facilitate goal-setting workshops with team leads to help define specific, measurable goals that align with business outcomes.
  • Develop tracking systems (dashboards, reviews, metrics) to monitor goal progress across all product teams.
  • Continuously improve the performance framework, incorporating feedback and automation where possible.
  • Work closely with product leads, engineers, and HR to ensure alignment and adoption of the performance framework.

Requirements

  • Experience in performance management, goal-tracking, strategic business planning, ideally in a consultancy or tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience helping teams define and track goals (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, scorecards).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to work confidently with product leads, engineers, and HR.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading goal-setting sessions and explaining frameworks.
  • Ability to move quickly and deliver value in an evolving organization.

Benefits

  • Salary range: 5,000 - 7,500 EUR gross/month (as specified).
