Identity & Access Management (IAM) is critical to keeping the company secure from the inside by ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. The IAM team at ING Hubs Slovakia supports several countries worldwide and delivers services to ING clients. This role is a maternity-leave cover position and offers an opportunity to develop a career in IT, specifically IT Security and Access Management, working in an intercultural environment with daily exposure to foreign languages.

Responsibilities

  • Granting and modifying permissions to company systems
  • Processing access-related requests based on tickets in line with SLA
  • Managing access rights for applications, databases and SharePoints based on received requests
  • Managing passwords for applications, databases and standard Active Directory objects for a selected set of applications
  • Participating in innovation and improvement processes
  • Working with a wide range of IT technologies and tools

Requirements

  • Relevant working experience in Access Management / granting access OR a clear understanding of IAM importance or some IT Security knowledge β€” Must
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and meeting SLA requirements
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with Active Directory, SharePoint, applications and databases is desirable
  • Team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with a general overview of IT technologies
  • Attention to detail, responsible and reliable
  • Interest in innovation and process improvements

Salary and Working Time

  • Wage (gross): 1,870 EUR / month (basic/minimum wage component provided; final conditions negotiable but not less than this minimum)
  • Employment type: Full time
  • Daily working time: 7 hrs 45 min (instead of standard 8 hrs)
