Identity & Access Management (IAM) is critical for company security, ensuring appropriate access for the right people at the right time. The IAM team at ING Hubs Slovakia supports multiple countries worldwide and delivers essential services to ING clients.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and review applied access rights within ING assets
  • Process access-related requests based on tickets in line with SLA
  • Validate access requests
  • Process system exports to clear and understandable formats
  • Communicate with stakeholders and user access teams
  • Participate in innovation and improvement processes
  • Work with a wide range of IT technologies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Identity Access Management field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (functions, filters)
  • General overview of IT technologies
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner, responsible and reliable
  • Interested in innovation and improvements
  • Fluent in English (C1)
