Responsibilities

• Participate in business initiatives in matters related to information security.
• Assist with internal and external information security audits.
• Take part in security reviews to ensure compliance and oversee the corrective measures.
• Collaborate with (tech) teams on initiatives to improve information security.
• Drive the adoption of automation and AI tools to streamline security compliance processes.
• Support security awareness and training initiatives.
• Handle information security-related RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and other customer requests.

Requirements

• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks such as ISO 27001.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem solving, quick thinking.
• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and an ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• A strong desire to learn and succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Compensation

• Gross Salary: 2200 - 4700 EUR / Month (approx. 26,400 - 56,400 EUR / Year)

Workplace

• Hybrid role based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas).
