Details

You will be assisting in onboarding the various business processes into ING’s Enterprise Service Management platform. This opportunity allows you to learn the various business processes within the company through requirements gathering, process mapping, and converting them into technical stories for engineers to work on. You will also help communicate departmental achievements to the wider organization to highlight improvements in work processes.

The Team

We are Enterprise Service Management, a department within Corporate Technology/People & Hubs responsible for managing the ServiceNow GLITS platform and scaling it as a global tool. We provide a workflow and automation solution for employees and various business domains to help streamline work and allow greater focus on critical tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Creating process maps to understand various business processes.
  • Documenting business requirements gathered from stakeholders.
  • Communicating the achievements of the ESM chapter to the wider ING community.

How to Succeed

  • You are a bachelor or master student in ICT or related studies.
  • You enjoy connecting with IT professionals and other experts.
  • You have a keen interest in business processes and the technologies that drive them.
  • You are independent, ambitious, pragmatic, proactive, and result-driven.
  • Fluent English is required.
