Digitalization, technological advancements, and product innovation are reshaping financial services. As an Operations & Change trainee in the Chief Operations Office (COO) you will work at the intersection of digitalization, client servicing and data management, supporting process optimization and standardization, and helping keep customer and proprietary information safe and secure.
Program overview
- Duration: 2 years
- Structure: 3 rotations (each ~6 months)
- Rotation 1: Assigned with HR trainee manager based on interests; focus examples include operational excellence, innovation, workflow enhancement, and operational resilience.
- Rotation 2: Trainee arranges second rotation (encouraged to gain international experience).
- Rotation 3: Choose direction for final rotation and begin networking for a permanent role (e.g., Junior Consultant, Blackbelt, Lead of a Customer Loyalty Team).
- Training & coaching: HR trainee manager coaching, two Global Trainee events, virtual trainee days, and additional training courses.
- Base salary: $85,000
Responsibilities
- Drive process optimization and standardization across end-to-end processes.
- Work on initiatives at the intersection of digitalization, client servicing and data management.
- Participate in projects to strengthen innovation, workflows and operational resilience.
- Balance work across operational environments and board-level interactions; manage relationships with stakeholders at varying seniority levels.
- Support keeping customer and proprietary information safe and secure.
Requirements
- Degree preferably in Operations Management, Business Information Management, Change Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or Risk Management.
- Interest in financial services and an innovative approach to process management.
- Data- and process-driven mindset with strong drive for efficiency, optimization and standardization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across seniority levels.
- Self-starter and innovator who follows industry and regulatory developments to implement effective change.
