Join ING Wholesale Banking’s Transformation Office to help make strategic change scalable, impactful, and human-centric. This internship offers the opportunity to drive awareness and adoption of the Customer Journey Framework and contribute to global process design and optimization projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a strategy to increase awareness and adoption of the WB Customer Journey Framework.
  • Create and deliver communication and engagement activities for Product Areas.
  • Support global process design and optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute to performance management and process governance projects.
  • Collaborate with Customer Journey Experts and Product Owners to simplify and standardize processes.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU university for EU passport holders) for the duration of the internship (mandatory).
  • Eagerness to learn about customer journeys, process management, and digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive attitude and comfort taking ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
