What we do

At ING’s HR Data Team, our mission is to enable the best data-driven decision-making within HR. We do this by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to uncover insights that support both strategic and day-to-day HR initiatives. Our work helps ING attract, retain, and develop top talent through smarter, evidence-based choices.

Responsibilities

  • Rebuild the existing dashboards to Power BI (that track and visualize the HR topics).
  • Drive the further rollout of Power BI across the team and the HR domain.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data reporting and visualization processes.
  • Introduce and embed Power BI within the team β€” from building dashboards to empowering colleagues to work with data more effectively.

Requirements

  • Be a 3rd year HBO student in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with or a strong interest in Power BI and data visualization.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy making complex data easy to understand.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with others and sharing insights.
  • Bonus: curious, creative, and eager to learn.
  • During the internship it is mandatory to be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU university for EU passport holders).
