The Expertise Team Content is looking for a digital savvy intern who likes to work at the intersection of communication and marketing, and preferably has experience in managing/creating a website.

Responsibilities

  • Join a small team of digital content experts to develop ideas for ingwb.com and advise other squads and departments on optimising digital content.
  • Help create new content experiences and customer journeys across ING Wholesale Banking digital channels (website, InsideBusiness Portal, InsideBusiness App).
  • Assist in content management, copywriting and reviewing.
  • Support data analysis tasks and use analytics to inform content improvements.
  • Support Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) activities and online promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members to activate new and existing clients, aiming to increase client satisfaction, loyalty and revenue.

Requirements

  • Enrolled at a Dutch HBO or University in the area of communication, marketing, digital content, journalism or similar studies (mandatory during the internship).
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English.
  • Proactive and outspoken; a team player who can also work independently.
  • Ready to learn quickly through on-the-job experience and not afraid to make mistakes.
  • Available for at least 4 days a week.
  • Experience using a CMS and a data analysis tool (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Note: During the duration of your internship at ING, it is mandatory to be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU passport holders).

The team

  • The Content Team is part of the Centre of Expertise UX & Content within the Tribe Digital Delivery Management in ING Wholesale Banking.
  • Channels include ingwb.com, an internet banking portal (InsideBusiness Portal) and a mobile app (InsideBusiness App). Customers span more than 35 countries.
