Internship Process Automation - ABN AMRO Clearing

Are you a final-year Bachelor or Master student with an affinity for data, programming and finance? This internship at ABN AMRO Clearing's Control & Fee Analytics Europe (CFA) team gives you hands-on experience automating financial fee processing and working with professionals in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a program to automatically process fee invoices into the booking system.
• Automate and centralize retrieval of fee invoices to ensure correctness of costs.
• Propose modifications to existing processes in line with internal guidelines.
• Support controlling, reporting and analysis of Clearing Europe’s financial income and expenses to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial records.

Requirements

• Final year Bachelor or Master student (WO or HBO) in Data Science or a related field.
• Programming experience in Python; VBA knowledge is preferred.
• Enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Affinity with finance, control or reporting, custody and clearing.
• Available to start end of August / beginning of September and available for at least 6 months.
